Mungkin setelah makan langsung jalan kaki membuat kita (dalam istilah jawa) suduken. Namun ternyata jalan kaki sehabis makan itu sangat bermanfaat. Justru setelah makan dianjurkan untuk jalan kaki, salah satunya ya untuk kalori defisit. Nah untuk menghindari sakit perut (suduken) setelah makan langsung jalan kaki, kamu bisa menunggu sekitar 5 menit setelah makan baru jalan kaki.
