Sit up tidak hanya bermanfaat untuk perut saha, tetapi juga membantu memangkas lemak di seluruh bagian tubuh apabila rutin dilakukan. Namun, sit up juga perlu dilakukan dengan mengontrol kalori yang masuk didalam tubuh. Perlu mengganti asupan yang rendah kalori tinggi protein.
