Saya sih gak fitness di gym tapi di rumah gaiisss
Awal mula gegara perut buncwiiittsss efek stay at home itu looohhh🤣🤣🤣
Akhirnya ku kena penyakit kolesterol n perut blendung. Ywdah deh langsung mikir “gw harus olahraga” saat itu gak mikir mau nurunin BB tp cuma mau membasmi perut blendung aja.
Akhirnya mulailah olga dari yg searching ngasal yg seketemunya di youtube, trus dapet rekomenan dari adek gw yg nyuruh ikutan challengenya chloe ting.

Lingkar pinggang= 80cm
Lingkar perut yg terbunciitt= 85cm
Lingkar paha= 56cm
Lingkar lengan atas= 28cm
Trus rajin jalanin programnya chloe dan setelah 2bulan
Lingkar pinggang= 69cm
Lingkar perut terbunciiit= 77cm
Lingkar paha= 53cm
Lingkar lengan atas= 26cm
Trus brenti setelah kempes??
