Kalo sit up bener 1000x sehari pun ngga bakal ngaruh kalo tidak bisa mengontrol kalori yang masuk di tubuh, cara menghilangkan lemak ya dengan cara defisit kalori plus olahraga. Ganti pola makan yang rendah kalori tapi tinggi protein, di barengi dengan sit up, push up. Kalo konsisten bisa kotak kotak dah perut 😬😬😬
