Tentu bisa. Orang yang memiliki badan kurus bisa menambah berat badannya dengan menambah massa otot. Misalnya, fokus memilih asupan yang menambah produksi testosteron, atau bisa dengan bantuan suplemen. Kemudian rutin olahraga angkat beban 3 kali seminggu selama 30 Menit serta tidur yang cukup.
